Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Overnight oats with hidden veg! This is the perfect fibre-filled breakky to prep for work and all you need is 7 ingredients.

In a bowl, add your oats, grated carrot, cranberries and our Raw Golden Latte blend. It’s made from a warming spice blend of organic turmeric, cinnamon, clove and ginger. Distinguished by its vibrant colour and powerful antioxidant properties, turmeric contains a flavonoid called curcumin, which helps to decrease inflammation in the body.

To the bowl, add in your plant milk of choice and honey (or maple syrup) and mix to combine. Divide this into two bowls (or containers if you’re taking it with you) and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, top your oats with a dollop of your favourite yoghurt (can use coconut yoghurt for a vegan free option) and a sprinkling of nuts and cinnamon.
