Chocolate Crunch Protein Balls

Created in collaboration with Jazmin and Fiona, the superstar team behind @bakeateasy, you're not going to be able to get enough of these crunchy little protein balls! Perfect as a post-workout snack or after-dinner treat.

To create the crispy, crunchy texture, we've used a combination of shredded coconut and puffed quinoa (pronounced 'keen-wah')! It's a grain that's gluten-free, high in protein and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids. It's also a fantastic source of fibre, manganese, magnesium, iron and folate.

Depending on your diet, you can use either dairy-free or normal chocolate in this recipe. And for a bit of extra protein, we've included a scoop of our delicious Raw Protein Slim & Tone. This low-carb vegan blend contains thermogenic herbs, 74 trace minerals, essential amino acids, greens, Iron, Phosphorous, Zinc more. It'll help support a healthy metabolism, reduce cravings and keep you satiated for longer!

The only downside is that these balls are so delicious...they won't be around for long! If you give this recipe a go, remember to tag us (@amazoniaco) on Instagram – we love seeing your creations!
