Choc Chip Protein Banana Bread

This nourishing choc-chip protein banana bread is a perfect post-workout breakfast or healthy afternoon treat. Loaded with chocolate chips, it’s naturally sweet thanks to the bananas and packed with protein thanks to our Raw Protein Isolate Choc Coconut.

Made from sprouted golden peas and brown rice, this delicious plant protein is loaded with Iron, Phosphorous and Zinc. It contains a complete amino acid profile with added plat-based digestive enzymes to promote healthy digestion. Adding a protein powder into your diet is an easy way to ensure you’re getting enough protein each day and refuelling your muscles post-workout.

The secret to a good banana bread is to use spotty bananas ­– the riper they are, the sweeter they are! In this recipe, you can stir through either cacao nibs or chocolate chips (vegan if needed) depending on how sweet you like it. Simple combine all your dry ingredients in a bowl before adding in your wet ingredients. Whisk to combine then stir through your chocolate chips and transfer to a greased and lined loaf tin.
