Created in collaboration with Healthy Luxe, these oats contain our best-selling Spiced Cacao blend, which includes a nourishing blend of cacao, cinnamon, turmeric, ginger and more. Oats are a great source of fibre, magnesium, zinc, thiamine, and phosphorous. The primary type of soluble fibre in oats is beta-glucan, which has been shown to help slow digestion, increase satiety, and suppress appetite. Beta-glucan can even bind with cholesterol-rich bile acids in the intestine and transport them through the digestive tract and eventually out of the body.

We've also included a serve of our Raw Protein Isolate in Choc Coconut flavour, which provides a complete amino acid profile plus Zinc, Phosphorous, 99% RDI Iron and 20.9g of certified organic sprouted and fermented plant protein for optimal digestion.
